Oh yes. And they will do it early in the shot clock.

Personally, I like the fact that an opponent's best chance to whip us is to make deep, fade away, sometimes off the bounce, often times contested 3 point shots. I don't like to admit though, that there is a blueprint for success against us. That is to hit those tough 3's early in the shot clock to create more possessions offensively. And to press us defensively, Not necessarily a full court press and not even necessarily a press to turn us over. Rather, a press or extended half court pressure which delays our sets offensively. TB doesn't get enough credit from the media or fans for his offensive sets. Other coaches do credit him though for this skill in getting the ball to the right guy at the right time. At least the smart coaches do. And they are fearful of UVA running offensive sets vs their set Defense all game long. It's one thing to have the blueprint but another thing to execute it. Most years there aren't more than 10 or so teams capable of executing it. This year there are probably only 10 and a few of the teams I thought would be capable (Florida/ Zona) are looking less capable but you still have Duke, UNC, Wichita, Miami, L'ville (maybe), Nova, VT (sadly), MSU, Xavier, WVU (obviously)
