Despite the many head scratching moments the last 2 yrs, it's fair


to give some time and tempering of expectations to get players that fit the system in place and developed. Just because he wants to run an up-tempo offense doesn't mean he has the horses in place to do it. Didn't we already see what happens when we tried a drastic change to a spread offense, without the players to fit it, not that long ago?
