There is a lack of awareness in the medical field that the patient is the client. Some docs are quite good--especially those who do not take insurance. They get it, and treat you as a client. But, my experience is that in large hospital settings where they take insurance and the docs get handed patients, no one seems to care about the level of service--not the doc and not the staff. I'd chill out because you will not get any results and just frustrate the hell out of yourself. Hope you mend quick!
