Learning curve.

Program coaches are on a steep learning curve. The value of it depends on how keenly the lessons were learned from last year about competition, game tactics, and the system. This is a level up from the season dynamics of the Ivy's. Leadership and the mental game are as important as the skills. Can't ever quit the season before it's done - never quit. Can't quit the game in the third quarter. At this level this is more important than what particular player was ranked above what other player. Measure of the season will be how well this is all implemented. Let's see.
