The worst offenders in junior tennis are well known by both the players and the tournament directors. Directors should allocate their scarce resource of umpires to matches involving the worst players. Embarrassing? Perhaps, but the umpire could be removed once the player demonstrates that he/she got the message. It is called learning a lesson. Many kids do make bad calls on big points. I chalk that up to them being kids. Some kids though are encouraged or told to cheat by their insanely competitive parents. They are the problem that needs addressing.
