you describe, it will just mean that those narratives become less meaningful, if they had any meaning from the start. There are certain types of players that will never come to UVa no matter how much elements of the fan base might covet them. And, the main reason elite prospects go elsewhere is due to the style of play. Bennett is going to require defense, and the offense will unlikely ever be so freewheeling that those elite recruits would get to showcase their skills for NBA scouts. Especially, not as true frosh. And, none of this precludes success. We have just concluded an outstanding four year run. Next season looks to be even better. The notion that there is a ceiling for what a 'system' sort of program might achieve is lacks validity. Virginia's program has been performing at this level a short time. Impatience is not warranted. And, I was there also for the Parkhill-Roche encounter, too. Go 'Hoos!!!
