If we start at 2000

The more recent you limit your evaluation, the better we perform, admittedly. We were nobody until BOC showed up.

Natties since 2000 (inclusive) sorted based on number of championships total, followed by most recent championship.

South Carolina: 2011, 2010
LSU: 2009, 2000
Oregon State: 2007, 2006
Texas: 2005, 2002
Florida: 2017
Coastal: 2016
Virginia: 2015
Vanderbilt: 2014
UCLA: 2013
Arizona: 2012
Fresno State: 2008
Fullerton: 2004
Rice: 2003
Miami (FL): 2001

Point - there have been no dynasties in this century. Lots of winners. So things like 4 CWS trips and 2 trips to the finals, plus most regular season wins over the last N years if you pick the right starting year should get us in the top 5.
