Thing is, Justin built a brand and a loyal following long BEFORE his first


brick and mortar. I'm sure you're very correct in what you're saying w/ regards to maintaining quality standards across two restaurants...I just think this is more about building a brick-and-mortar in the same market where a food cart once set more than it is opening a second restaurant.
