Bbq just doesn't franchise well. It's virtually impossible to keep

the quality the same.

Plus, there's the burnout factor for the owner.

I'll amend the thesis to say that any unique food (every single cook is different) makes franchising challenging. And while I realize that 2 locations isn't the same as a franchise, it's still trying to duplicate something unique and fantastic while maintaining almost impossibly high quality standards.

I truly wish Justin luck.
