Just got back yesterday from the San Francisco Bay Area...


Wow, it's still beautiful, in spite of having WAY too many tourists at Fishermans Wharf, and around Napa/Sonoma wine country!

We had the best overall food experience I've had in that area, and it wasn't even close, but rising people numbers and rising prices were significant negatives.

Only major problem on the trip was the weather in the Midwest causing us a 9-hr delay at O'Hare, but I had plenty of company killing that time, and we still got home Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Even got to watch some Wimbledon live from SFO to ORD.

All in all, I still love the Bay Area like no other in the USA, even with strictly limited time in the City.
