Hopkins, unfortunately for them, will continue to decline. Think the school is too small and there are now too many alternatives. Unfortunately for UVA and other ACC schools, Michigan has the makings of a much stronger squad in the next few years. They have several Virginia kids either on the roster or committed as well. They have out recruited UVA in state. Now, they have a coach who has the experience--multiple final fours and a natty--that arguably exceeds our staff's accomplishments--and, he is young. Plus, the Harbaugh factor to draw kids away from the traditional powers. Add national champs Maryland, OSU, PSU, Rutgers, etc. The Big 10 passed the ACC last year and they may separate themselves permanently over the next couple years.
