I am not advocating moving #32 to attack. My thought is to, on some sets , slide him down to the wing shooting position opposite #10 and slide #36 up top with #22. It is an offensive alignment that better suits both player's (#32 and #36) individual shooting skill sets.
If the opponent gets a clean save or a turn over, #36's defensive skill would allow him to get back to the D-side to eliminate a "numbers" imbalance without sacrificing defensive efficiency.
