Anyway, probably a very long bet on Atlanta. Chicago won the cup in their first season, but the MLS is very different nowadays. Don't see an expansion team winning the cup again. Making the playoffs alone (even with a lot of teams making it) will probably be asking a lot.

That being said there's usually a lot of wiggle room in the regular season for teams to find their footing. As long as they aren't terrible in the first half of the season they could make the playoffs with a decent second half as they start to figure things out. Seattle pretty much looked dead in the water in the middle of the season last year.
