More than halfway through season - starting line-up next year?

I'm still super excited about this year. We have the ability to make big waves in the NCAA tournament. Our defense is getting better - yes, room to improve, but we still have time. Our offense, while it played poorly against Duke, has been quite efficient. And, with Ty's emergence, getting better.

Going into this year, my biggest concern was how are we going to replace London. But, Ty has answered that question. He has shooting range. As a first year, he is shooting 43.9% on 3 pointers and 57.1% overall That's pretty darn good. He can handle the ball and pass it well. I think he's likely already earned a starting guard position next year.

As a two years starter, I can't see Hall not locking down a starting position. He does too many things for this team.

Right now, the 3rd wing position belongs to Shayok. Don't particularly see that changing. He's better starting than coming off the bench. Might not get more minutes than Guy, but I expect Shayok will start.

At the Forward positions, see no reason why Wilkins and Salt don't start. They have each started every game this season, and have made real progress.

We will have an even deeper bench next year. Going to be a battle for minutes.

Thompson, Guy will surely get minutes as guards/wings
I expect Reuter will also continue to receive minutes.
But adding to the bench will be De'Andre Hunter and Jay Huff. Lots of exciting news about these two guys. But, until they prove themselves next year, I will assume they have limited minutes. But, either could work their way into significant minutes. As for Marco Anthony, with so much depth in front of him, hard to imagine he'll get significant minutes next year. He might redshirt based on limited minutes, but at this point, who really knows.

So overall, Ty replaces London in the starting line-up and we add two more players in Huff and Hunter to our depth. Going to be a real battle for minutes.

What do others think?
