I want highly rated players, but I also would like the majority of them to

play 3+ years. As listed above, programs like KU, UNC can consistently win big win multi-year players and of course, Nova. I wouldn't mind an occasional one and done, but I'd never want more than one at a time, from a personal standpoint. Part of what I love about college basketball is watching a group of players on a team grow and develop over the course of a few years. I like the distinct personalities. I like knowing a player's strengths and weaknesses. All of this goes poof if we ever go UK/Duke style recruiting, but thankfully that won't matter, because too many of the one-and-done's are afraid to go to a downtempo school that won't allow their PPG to go through the roof or allow their sometimes less-nuanced halfcourt games to not be covered up by shows of athleticism with tons of fastbreaks. I'll take the occasional OAD and be happy with top 50-75 type recruiting otherwise.
